You can pretty much guarantee that someone will be diving each weekend. Some of our members work shifts so also dive during the week. We try to get out into the sea as much as possible using our two inflatable rib diving boats, but when wind and tides don't allow this we will tend to visit one of the inland quarries or dive centres within a couple of hours drive.
We maintain a fairly relaxed attitude to 'booking' dives. Discussion will take place each Thursday evening about who is going where and what options are available. Whoever wants to go can tag along and enjoy a days diving. Members often organise longer trips to places further away such as the Isle of Mann, Scapa Flow and the South Coast. Small groups head off for a few days diving with clubs local to those areas or commercial dive centres.
